H2O: Holistic Harmony Oasis Ltd Co Cancellation Policy

At H2O: Holistic Harmony Oasis, we take great care in handcrafting our all-natural wellness products and curating holistic workshops and services to support your journey toward balance and renewal. To maintain the integrity of our small-batch production and the value of our wellness experiences, we have the following cancellation policies in place:

Order Cancellations (Handmade Products & Custom Blends)

  • Standard Products:
    • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
    • After 24 hours, orders are already in processing and cannot be canceled.
    • If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Custom & Personalized Orders:
    • Due to the nature of custom-blended products, cancellations are not permitted once production has started.
    • If you need to adjust a custom order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

Workshop & Service Cancellations

We value your commitment to personal growth and holistic wellness, and we prepare each workshop and service with intention. To honor the time and resources invested, we kindly ask for advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled session:
    • You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
  • 24-48 hours before the session:
    • You may reschedule your session one time without a fee.
    • Cancellations within this window are non-refundable, but we can offer a store credit toward another workshop or service.
  • Less than 24 hours before the session or No-Shows:
    • Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend the session will result in no refund or rescheduling options.
  • Private & Group Bookings:
    • Private sessions and group workshops require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
    • Deposits for group events are non-refundable, but we offer credit for future bookings if canceled at least 72 hours in advance.

Subscription & Membership Cancellations

  • Monthly Wellness Box or Subscription Services:
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
    • Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before your renewal date to avoid charges for the next cycle.
    • Refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods.
