Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be free from damage (unless it arrived damaged or defective).

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Gift cards and digital products.
• Clearance or final sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide a photo of the item and your order number, and we will happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
